HIGHLIGHTS FROM
THREE YEARS OF HSC
RECOVERY FUND
Since June 2021, the core Recovery funding of £3,207,500 has
been committed through to 31st March 2024, supporting 23
organisations with financial assistance and capacity building
- all of which are still thriving.
REFURBISHMENT FUND
As a subfund of the Recovery Fund, £416,800 has been
awarded through the Refurbishment Fund to support 23
organisations in renewing and repairing their delivery spaces.
CULTURAL CAPITAL FUND
£3,490,890 has been committed to date, which exceeds the
initially planned £2.5 million, driven by demand that surpassed
the Fund’s original expectations. The funding is to support Arts
organisations and schools to undertake a wide range of Arts
and cultural activities that many children and young people
(CYP) would otherwise not have access to.
REPLICATION FUND
£2,457,700 has been awarded from the Replication Fund to
28 organisations, enabling them to replicate some of the
most successful projects and initiatives to reach more
CYP in other parts of the Beneficial Area.
YPF SMALL GRANTS FUND
Over £1.5 million out of a total of £3 million has been awarded
to date through the YPF Small Grants Fund, enabling the
Young People’s Foundations (YPFs) to award 312 grants to
216 organisations of between £2,000 - £8,000 each.
COLLABORATION FUND
Six of the 12 Collaborations have been established to date,
committing £2,533,513 to 18 schools and children and young
people’s organisations to work together to tackle the
challenges faced by young people and their families.
