To the Trustee of John Lyon’s Charity. We have examined the summarised financial
statements set out above on pages 2 to 3 which comprises the Statement of Financial
Activities and Balance Sheet.
Respective responsibilities of Trustee and auditors
The Trustee is responsible for preparing the summarised financial statements in
accordance with the recommendations of the Statement of Recommended Practice,
Accounting and Reporting by Charities. Our responsibility is to report to you our
